Hi, I’m Freya Bronwin. I appreciate that it can take time, energy, and courage to get to this point, so I’m glad you’re here.
I'm a qualified Systemic Psychotherapist (AAFT) who supports individuals, families, and teams through change.
I have a special interest in working with runners and other everyday athletes who feel that movement and exercise is a core part of their identity. As an ex-rower and keen runner, I understand how injury can threaten your sense of self, how results can influence your perception of your self-worth, and how powerful the grip of exercise can be as a tool to manage your mind and body.
I have also experienced the difference that meaningful support can make. I believe wholeheartedly that therapy can be a powerful force to feel more hopeful and connected to your self, your strengths, and the people that matter most in your life.

How does it work?

If you’re curious and would like to learn more, a free 15 minute call is available with Freya. It’s a no-pressure opportunity to get a better sense of what Reframe Sessions could look like for you and if that feels like a good fit. If you don’t know what to say or ask that’s okay too, Freya will have some questions.

Individual Reframe Sessions are 50 minutes and they are held online. Much like other physio appointments or therapeutic conversations, the sessions will be tailored around your goals and what you bring. The hopes that you have and the challenges that are getting in the way.
There’s no set formula for what we’ll talk about, but Freya will be following a therapeutic process that usually includes getting curious about the different parts of you that are showing up, understanding the stories and systems that shape you, and strengthening the support systems that’ll help propel you forwards. People often come for something sports-related, and stay for a lot more. That’s all welcome.
You get to choose how much you share, how many sessions you stay for, and how you chose to use the time. Whatever you do - you don’t need to prepare anything in advance, just turn up and we’ll go from there.
After Sessions I will often send a follow up message or email with some reflections from our conversation. Many clients find this an invaluable part of the process.

1-1 Reframe Sessions are $190. Couples Sessions are $220. To enquire about team Sessions and community workshops, please get in touch.
