A note regarding location

Sessions are online unless otherwise agreed. If you would prefer to meet in person, please get in touch to organise. We have a therapeutic room in Coogee (Sydney, Australia) and also practice ocean side.

  • Recovery from an injury can be really challenging on more than just a physical level. Even once we have done all the rehab in the world there’s often anxiety and stress that the injury might happen again. For a lot of injuries, this is the biggest barrier of all. Getting guidance and support with the psychological side is something we strongly encourage and should be promoted in all healthcare!
