    1-1 Sessions

    A 1-1 talking session with Psychotherapist, Freya. The sessions will be tailored around what you bring. Together, we’ll explore the challenges that you’re up against, create space for the hopes and practices that will propel you forward, and strengthen the support systems that will help you get there. Sessions are 50 minutes.

  • Group therapy - a group of sports people (runners, cyclists, rugby players) talk with psychotherapist about injury and mental health

    Small Group - Community Sessions

    A monthly 4-week online group program for active people who are up against an injury of any kind. The small group experience offers a unique opportunity for people across the sporting community to come together to connect, reflect, and regain a sense of hope and agency in this time. Sessions are led by Psychotherapist Freya Bronwin and spots are limited.

  • Psychotherapist talks to runners on World Mental Health Day

    Large group - Events & Workshops

    Freya runs one-off workshops and talks with clubs and physios alike. If you’re interested to host a conversation around the psychological side of injury or anything else around mental health or performance psychology, get in touch. In a past life, Freya was a Strategist at Google so you’re in good hands when it comes to group workshops!
